Utility Billing Clerk — Leigh Ann Williams

The Water Utility Clerk receive & process all utility payments via walk-in customers, drive through window and/or draft billing, process customer queries, process requests for connections and disconnection’s, process work orders for customers with water or sewage problems, establish new accounts and connections for water, maintain master file accounts. This department also documents and transmits orders pertaining to all utility services including sanitation, water, and prepares monthly list for disconnecting delinquent accounts.
